Domain disputes come with their own vocabulary. Each entry gives a one-sentence definition, then a link to the service and the reading that use it. We explain a term on first use and then use it plainly.
Terms
Cybersquatting
Registering a domain that matches someone else's trademark in bad faith, usually to sell it or divert traffic.
