The forums that decide domain disputes

A domain dispute is decided by a forum, not a court, for most gTLDs. We work in the accredited UDRP providers — WIPO, FORUM, CAC and ADNDRC — and the national bodies for ccTLDs. Each has its own procedure, panelists and fee schedule; the policy they apply is the same.

What is the difference between WIPO and FORUM?

Both are accredited UDRP providers for gTLDs. They apply the same policy; they differ in procedure, panelist rosters and fee schedules.
