How WIPO domain disputes work
WIPO is the most-used UDRP provider for gTLDs. A complainant files, the holder may respond, and a one- or three-member panel decides — usually in about two months — whether to transfer, cancel or leave the domain. The filing fee starts at $1,500 for a single panelist and is paid separately from the legal fee.
